Ordering
- Upon completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
- The ordered PDF files will be sent within a few minutes in one or more emails marked as “digital delivery.”
Delivery
- All products in the webshop are digital and delivered via email immediately after purchase.
- Delivery is made to the email address provided during checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring the provided email address is correct. If the email address is incorrect, delivery of the files cannot be completed.
- If you cannot find the email with your digital files, contact info@priinti.com immediately.
- Priinti ensures customer access to the files for 30 days after purchase via the link sent in the email. The customer is responsible for securely saving the file for future access, such as downloading it to a computer or storing it in a cloud service.
Prices
- All prices in the webshop are listed in SEK and include VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in price lists, or incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal
- Returns of digital products are not possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact info@priinti.com, and we will try to find a suitable solution.

Our payment provider is Stripe.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Bento for newsletter distribution.

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Any disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
